Where is the cheapest place to find a good laptop? Is it e-bay, amazon, overstock, or somewhere else?
Hi meandnotyou,
Buying electronics over eBay can be kind of sketchy. Many times you're dealing with refurbished or broken products with no warranties, or out-of-country deals.
You can buy genuine refurbished (ie. broken and then fixed BY THE PRODUCER and ie. very cheap) computers from the actual manufacturers. Many times they come with warranties so if anything goes wrong you can get a refund or exchange.

Hope that helps.
Another thing you can do is find a computer that you like and then go to several computer websites i.e:
www.buy.com www.amazon.com www.bestbuy.com www.compusa.com www.walmart.com www.costco.com
And compare the prices of the computer you are interested in. Then find the cheapest and buy! Hope it works out!
Two good sites to ck out: bizrate.com and dealcatcher.com
