A note to Mandy Moore

Hey Mandy.

First off I’m really sorry that this is too long, but if this is the only chance I get to talk with you, I want to make sure I say what I need to to you. I hope you understand.

I hope everything is going fantastic for you, and I know you’re extremely busy being on the road and all so if you are able to read this, thank you for taking the time to do it. It’s very rare that someone you admire and look up to who is famous answers something you send them, because they’re so busy, but I guess I’m hoping my luck with doing this will change and maybe you’ll be one who is able to answer.

I have been through some very hard things in my life…I lost an abusive father due to alcohol. He would verbally abuse my family and I. I dont know how private these things are so I’m not going to share very much with you. But I just, I want to know…do you believe that a father who has broken his family’s heart…=’(…do you think he could ever overcome the alcohol and be a father again…?

Again im sorry for this being so long, I just, I honestly look up to you, in so many ways, I listen to the words of your CD, your own words, and just from that I can see even more so than before the amazing person you are, and I honestly just want to know if you think it is possible for people to even make an effort to change the horrible mistakes they’ve made…or even recognize them for that matter because he hasnt even done that.

Thank you again, even you just taking the time to read this, makes a world of difference.

Your fan always with love and support. Monica<3
