Depending on the person it is possible, but it does reduce a mans fertility. The only way you would know about the health of a mans sperm though is to have it tested. Its pretty quick, they just do a sperm count and check they are swimming properly, as the two main problems with male fertility are low sperm numbers and immotile sperm.

it goes into super hyper mode and you can get pregnant by just touching him. just kidding. but just like any other drug, if the baby is formed while under the influence the baby will be deformed some way. this can be mentally or physically.

Not from what I watched… There’s no scientific studies. Watch the movie Union… & matter of fact, I’ve got a child lol. I tried for a while, never was able to get pregnant… I was on the Depo-Provera shot, wasn’t on it for 4 years & had a hard time. I gave up, got in a relationship with a new man for a while now, & I just found out a few days ago that we’re expecting. He smoked weed… But wasn’t a drinker… Tell me, what went on there? Doctor told me I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant.

oh and I forgot, cannabis has been shown to be capable of deforming the entire sperm structure, so they would probably take a look at the general morphology of the sperm too

Real scientific studies, published in respected scientific journals, which, by the way, is a much more reliable source than a movie. Also, I am not saying it means you cannot get pregnany, I am saying it reduces fertility. It does this by interferring with spermatogenesis at both the metotic and meitotic levels. It reduces sperm number and can cause problems in motility and morphology

Yes. There may be some lowered motility, maybe. However, drinking coffee and alcohol also reduce fertility. Hands up to everyone who drinks both and still got pregnant. Just because certain dru.gs may reduce fertility, does not mean it can be used as a birth control mechanism. Yes, there is a very high chance you can still get pregnant.

Thats one person, and it was hardly under scientific. There was no control, and I imagine no dosage control, and no research into what time frame is likely to have the most significant effect. I would direct you to the scientific studies but you actually have to pay to access them - I am accessing them via my universities subscription

I got pregnant while my boyfriend smoked weed - and he smoked it daily. So I’d say in my personal experience that yes you can get pregnant.

I don’t think “will be deformed some way” is really appropriate. It’s not a guarantee and SO many people have had kids while high on weed that are healthy that your statement is also untrue. Maybe “there is a possibility the child could have mental or physical complications” is more suitable or something like that. If you read other people’s answers on here you’ll see that some of them got pregnant while their man was using weed, so your comment might offend.
