Chaffing discoloration and dead skin problem on my body

I had this skin problem for 5 years now and it started when I was in middle school and thought nothing of it because it started out small. I started to worry because it was spreading and I couldn’t do anything about it because my family was poor. The skin problem I have is dark, thick, and dead skin blotches on my body. One of the blotches is in the valley in between my breasts and it is embarrassing to wear shirts that would show off my chest. Another one is on the top of my tummy and the last one is in the middle of my back. Do you know how bad and embarrassing it would be to be wearing a swim suit?! I try moisturizing, coco butter, SCRATCHING, and creams and they were only able to take off the surface and turn a little lighter but not the whole disgusting blotch! Damn it all! The worst thing about it is that I always comes back!! Another problem that I have is a skin chaffing problem and that is under my arm and inner thigh where the skin is darkened by chaffing and I can’t get rid of that too!!

HELP ME PLEASE! : ( PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I AM STILL POOR AND CAN’T AFFORD ANYTHING THAT EXPENSIVE LIKE CHEMICAL PEELS!!!

well just exfoliate the dead skin and make sure you wear breathable clothes made from cotton

Thanks but I do change clothes and take showers everyday because when I reached puberty I started getting this icky feeling if I don’t take showers

This could be something called Tinea. You can look it up on google. You can also try buying selsun Blue shampoo and put it on the spots and all around the area, leave it on for a while and wash off. After a little while it will go away. What I have done is put the selsun on before bed, sleep with it on, and then shower in the morning. No kidding, it was gone in a week or so.

But, it can come back.

The doctor can also give you a prescription cream to get rid of it as well.

What it is is a thing that everyone has on their skin, but in some people it gets a little out of whack and causes the discoloration.

Hope that helps.

have tyou tried exfoliating if its just dead skin then exfoliating will take it away it might also be that your just wearing the same clothes all the time which makes marks or gathers dead skin in the same areas as for the discolouration, its normal under the arms quite a few people have a draker colour of skin under there arms chafing im not too sure about as for exfoliating, its costs hardly anything all you need ois $2 loofa or glove and thats it it you want to see a doctor about all your problems you can he/she should know more about it when they look at you
