Where can I get certification in Windows Applications like Excel or Access for resume padding?

Well sorry to disagree Chakan, but it is worth the certification. Now a days any certification you get greatly enhances your chance of a good job. Im certified through microsoft and I added at least $13k to my salary for it - so I would say yes getting microsoft certified is very important - there are many schools that offer the certification applications and your unemployment office will possibly pay for the class if you make under a certain wage -

MOUS or MOS certs were worth something at least 10 years ago, now not so much, Greg please do share the details of your 13k raise….What kind of position did you hold where someone decided to pay you an extra 6.25 an hour because you know how to send a mass email with outlook, drop a video into a powerpoint, and write an IF statement for a spreadsheet? In todays job market anyone who could find a position that matches this skillset would not break minimum wage.
