my phone got washed in the washer and I have been letting it dry out for about a month or two, I put the battery back it comes on but then says use genune battery and shuts off what should I do, I have important stuff on there I can I get to work where I can get the stuff off of it
It has to be water damaged bring it to the store they can help. Hope you have insurance on the phone.
