you can only get a voicmail if you have voicemail enabled on your phone and if the voicmail the person sent was sent to your phone number
which company cell phone are you using. call the customer service to activate the voice mail in the mobile.
Dial your cell phone number. When your voice mail picks up, press the # key and follow the prompts. You will need to know your voice mail password. If you don’t, call Verizon customer service to get it reset.
That depends on what model or brand of your mobile. Some mobiles allows retrieving of voicemail by long pressing the 1 on the keypad.
