How can I lose weight for less than $50?

celebs have a lot of money and I was watching this show where u can wrap your body up like a mummy and then work out for a hour but like very mild hour work out loose up to 20 inches! Well im not rich and cant do that so what can I do to do it at home for 50 dollars instead of 50,000 dollors?

You should’nt need money to lose weight! Eat smaller portions, and excercise daily. If you can fit it in, half an hours walking before breakfast is a great way to start. You need to eat breakie within half an hour after for it to be really effective-this kick starts your matabolisim for the day. Good luck!!!!

As I understand it the weight loss from wraps isn’t permanemnt anyway.

In the long run the more important goal is to be healtheir not just skinnier. Being a healthy weight is just part of being healthier.

Eat a healthy diet and get a healthy amount of exercise and you can progress.

I will admit that the stars have a lot of advantages; they can hire personal trainers and personal chefs to help get them in shape but you can eat healtheir and get more exercise without spending a lot of money.
