Are there any careers in the health field that don't require a ton of chemistry?

Yeah, but what can you do with a degree in psych that doesn’t require going on to get a master’s degree? I only got a C in my intro to psych class.

Well here in the UK there are loads of uni courses for health field jobs which don’t require chemistry such as becoming a paramedic or a nurse.

I don’t exactly want to go that into health. I want to stick with something more along the lines of preventive medicine or nutrition or stuff like that. Not actually giving people medicine or stuff like that. And yeah, I’m in the US and am not planning on leaving. lol. Thanks though.

A nurse? I don’t think that requires it, or being a CNA or going into phycology? Those are like small things to do in the health care field and still don’t require it. How about being some kind of physical therapist or something too?

No, actually CNA’s need tons of chemistry and sciences. I know some CNA’s so. I really want to do more of the preventive side of health….or teach people how to take care of themselves so they don’t need therapy.

You say you want to teach people how to take care of themselves. You need chemistry information in order to know which types of products and medicines chemically react in positive or negative ways with each other.

Even if you only manage to get “C”s in the subject, you will manage to understand the possibility of complications and therefor understand where to go for research on the compatibility of things.
