yes you cxan but the sound qality will and ot be that good. and you might find that you can hear a bit of distorsen. it also depends on the tipe of amp that you got sometimes the oumige can make that your speakers are stronger than what the wattige is. give it a go and listen to the qality ofg the sound.

Simple answer, YES. I’ve personally watched a guy burp 4 Memphis PRs of them at with 2 10,000W (more like 3500RMS each) soundstream amps. Did 158dB on a term-lab.

If they are PRs then they are not well suited for a small enclosure, please tell me it’s an extended cab.

A common misconception is that more watts is the best way to get louder. Tha’t is wrong. The most efficient part of your system is the airspace. This includes the type of box, size of the box, tuning, location and firing direction. 1 in a ported box, bridged to that amp, could potentially be louder, definately lower.

Those things like about 3.5 feet cubed each in a ported box. 500W RMS to those subs will JAM in a big ported box. I built one that barely fit in the trunk of an 01 lincoln.

In an S10, I recommend higher powered 12s or 10s. 12s can produce lower frequencies than 15s when space is limited, but they have less output by nature, hence, more power required.

Sorry for the crash course, I’m just here to preach the subwoofer gospel.

just get a 500 rms amp it sounds like you got prs I have 2 pr 12s and I would highly recommend moving up to the m3s because they get louder but still keep that great sound quality with that woofer get the memphis 1500d
