Can you freeze soup?

Can you freeze soup or does it turn the potatoes and veggies soggy? Would it still have the same texture?

Yes of course you can. Its a great easy meal to defrost when you have been at work and home late! It will keep pretty much the same consistancy too.

yes you can. I freeze mine in the bags that can withstand boiling temperatures and then you don’t have to microwave defrost or burn your soup. I’ve never had a problem with the texture. I have never frozen any pototoes,so I can’t help there.

I’ve never had any luck with frozen potatoes, they always turn out soggy…
