Can you recomend me a plan?

Can you recomend me a plan for excersing, I weigh about 170 and im a 15 yr old, im pretty tall but im shocked at my weight yet my friends and family tell me that I dont nearly look as fat, so what do you think?

Just jog everyday. That should be fine. If you want a six pack or something, do crunches and sit-ups. Or look up “how to get a six pack” in the search bar in the top right corner of this page

We can’t tell you whether or not you are over weight as we don’t have your height measurements.

Just go on a BMI calc and work it out or if you are really concerned go see your doctor.
