Can I pierce My own Cheek or Monroe ?

To let you know a little background first. I’m Savannah. 13 years of age!, And I am beginning to be obsessed with piercings. , I recently Pierced my lip myself. I didnt clean what I used. I wasnt thinking. UGH! .

The day after I pierced it, it began to bug me in school. It came out during lunch the next day [ the back fell out because I was playing with it. ] I was really freaked, So I went to the bathroom to put it back in and I had to make a new exiting whole. At the end of the day I decided to take it out. I reallly want a cheek piercing or monroe . Right now it is healing and it’s pretty sore. I should keep cleaning it right?

I am going to wait a little while before attemping it again.

Do You Think There Is Any Way Of Hiding It? , My Parents Would Kill Me If They Saw It.! But, All The More Reason To get It, right! lol.

What Should I use?

Is it safe? , Should I have a friend do it? ,

Is there any other piercing I should do That Would be easier to hide, Or that would look good?

Yes you should keep cleaning it (epson salt soaks, and anti-microbial soaps are the best to use). Yes it was stupid to not clean your stuff, it was also stupid for you to do it yourself. You shouldn’t attempt it again AT ALL… -.-‘

There is no way to hide a piercing on your face. You’ll be caught eventually. (I did, but mine were done PROFESSIONALLY!)

Uhm no… Just because your parents would kill you that isn’t “all the more reason to get it” that’s called being stupid and immature. Grow up listen to your parents. They’re just trying to protect you, your no where near being an adult yet, and your in no way acting like one. If your parents think your being responsible or acting grown up then they might let you do it. But since your not, go figure.

Again you shouldn’t use anything! Grow up wait till your old enough and get a PROFESSIONAL piercer to do it.

No it’s not safe! So many things can go wrong. Your putting yourself in danger which is idiotic. Like yes with all piercings there’s a certain risk, which is why you have to sign a consent form before its done, but by doing it yourself your just increasing those risks like tenfold. No you shouldn’t have a friend do it. They don’t know what they’re doing (neither do you), you don’t know vein placement, where the nerve endings are in the body, your putting yourself at so much risk.

Only piercings that are easy to hide are the ones hidden by your clothes. Who cares what looks good, if you like it get it. (once your LEGAL, or your parents give you consent that is…)

I’m piercing obsessed as well, I’ve had upwards of thirty done (ALL BY PROFESSIONALS!) and I love them, and I wanted them when I was your age, but I WAITED! Honestly if you can’t suck it up and wait until your actually LEGAL to get them, then you shouldn’t have any at all. By piercing your self and going against your parents your just being stupid and immature…

No offense or anything but seriously… -.-‘ UGH.

I have a lot of peircings, but I would NEVER do it myself. just wait until your parents will take you to get a peircing. There is no way to hide it, and its dangerous to do it yourself, or have a friend do it.

-_- your 13. Get over it. If you cant have it done legally then you shouldnt have it at all. And even IF you could have it done dont be a fu*king idiot and do it by yourself! Im gunna laugh when your lip falls off. Tell your parents what you did and let them take you to a doctor.

Dont pierce your cheek by yourself! that one is pretty dangerous. No its not safe, do NOT have a friend do it,just dont do it your self at all. try talking to your parents abot getting piercings..maybe star with somthing small like a nose ring or somthing. and eventually try and convince them. But its really not safe to do it your self, and not worth it, cause if your do it wrong you could end up with a REALLY bad infection and/or a scar. As for your healing lip one, keep cleaning it a lot if its nto bettter in a week or so your gunna have to tell your parents..

I hope I helped some. I know you really want the percings I’ve been there but just wait. (im 16 and have 16 piercings so yeah)

You can do your own piercings if you order clamps, hollow piercing needles, and studs to put in. Yes, keep cleaning the wound until it heals. A lip piercing will bug you the entire time during the healing process. I just redid mine. I’m about to pierce my own cheeks in a few, just Googling around to make sure I put them in the right spot. You cannot hide cheeks or monroe piercings from your parents. You can’t just take the studs out when you go home because then the hole will start to close. The only piercings you can really hide are: Eyebrow (if you have bangs) any ear (if you have long enough or thick enough hair) and a septum because you can flip that up into your nose.
