im a 14 year old parent and me and my mom do not get a long at all we fight all the time the only time we are not fighting is if we are sick. yes I will admit my mom and me get in physical fights because of her not getting her way, I do everything for her and I always get smacked beat or yelled at. im always afraid my mom will hurt my daughter because when ever my daughter cries my mom yells at me to shut her up so I currently barely go to school im trying to find a school with a daycare so I dont have to deal with my mom watching her, I would try to find someone else to watch her but my mom wont let me, but then she gets mad when I dont grow up and get someone else to babysit. I dont know what to do I call the cops when my mom beats me but she plays it off like nothing happened and she blames everything on me she tells them I punched her. my mom recently started dateing this guy that shes liked for a while and now the house has to be like empty spot less or she throws a fit and takes it out on me, she never takes care of me or my brother anymore she goes out and parties with him while im at home taking care of my brother like hes mine. her boyfriend and her always scream at me when im sleeping in the middle of the night because im not up with my daughter when shes sleeping I barely get sleep I get on average 3 hours of sleep a day, her and her boy friend yell at me when I fall asleep because im not a good mother and they say I dont care about my daughter, when I do the best I can for my daughter I give her the world when I dont have the money to, I buy her food with every last dime I have, my mom hasnt helped me since I got pregnant I was the one that got every piece of clothes for her I made sure no matter what that she had diapers and food and clothes I made sure she never froze I even tried to patch stuff out with her dad (which didnt work). and all I want to no is can I move out at 14 due to this cause my aunt is willing to take me as long as I can do this legaly.
Where isthe father... And people can help you hunn, You shouldn't go through this on our own, your still A child before you take care of a child, your life Is important. Your only fourteen.. I hope you relize it was a mistake to Have a child at this age, seems like it's ruining your future You definietly need help. You can get through this, for the safty of yourself And your Daughter,. And by the way, if this is the route you decide to take, or child welfare like sombody else answered, just make sure you make it clear that with the yelling and abuse in this house constantly, it is an unsafe and unfit place for your child you're looking out for your daughters welfare.
You can get ammancipated... If you have a child, and can prove you can care for it and yourself, you can go to a court and schedule a trial in which you fight to be able to move out. But you'd need a job, or proof you'd be supported.. And your baby.
well you could call child protective survives, you could prove that your mom treats you bad... you could even get divorce from your parents...
call child protective survives, they are there to help you, you have options and you can get through this.

u can not legally move out until age 18. thooo your aunt may adopt you with permission of your mother
u cant move out on your own at 14. but you can get help
