No, once you've already started your period for the first time ever, you can get pregnant any time when you have sex. dont listen to that non-sense. someone is probably just trying to get you to do that so you'll end up pregnant &+ have a ruined life.
You can get pregnant at any time although there are greater risks at certain times of the month compared to others.
NO risk is worth taking.
