Yes…the easiest way is to open MY COMPUTER select the drive where files are, click the window icon in upper right screen. open another MY COMPUTER click the drive to which the files are to be transferred. click window icon again. You now have two windows open, so move them and resize them until you can see the essential areas of both. now just drag and drop to move a lot of files (like music files) you can highlight and scroll a whole bunch - right click copy to and click the place on the target drive where you want ALL of them to copy to (note if you choose MOVE instead of COPY you delete the source file when you create the target.
