Can I call KHP if I have no minutes?

okay, I know I have anotehr question like this, but I didnt get many people lookng at it. So I just wanted to knoiw if I would get more answers, I know im dumb.

But call I call Kids Help Phone if I have no minutes on my cell cause its says its TOLL FREE and things like that.

ummm I think toll free just means it doesnt cost extra to call them. I think at least. and I think if you call them it still counts as minutes

I’m not sure since I’ve never dealt with those kind of cell phones before. You could always check with your provider.

when you have no minutes left the only thing you can call is the police in your area.
