I just read an article on the Hoodia. Which is mfg in South Africa. It is a very rare plant. This excerpt explained a lot! I would def check with a Doctor prior to taking while breastfeeding, It is always better to be safe than sorry.
I think breatfeeding is fine, although it depends on what kind of hoodia your using, because the stuff I use its the liquid hoodia. Anyway, if your using the “real” stuff, there shouldn’t be a problem, because all the hoodia does is trigger your brain into thinking your full. It should not effect anything else.
