I ended my period jan10 then a week later I started spotting could this be implation bleeding could I be getting pregnant or is it in my head because im starting to feel sick too
Yes it could be implantation bleeding if you had unprotected sex. You have to wait until your next period is due to take a test though - there is no other way to know if you are pregnant.
