can I be a pharmacist after being convicted for failure to id?

I got pulled over by the police had a few traffic warrants and gave them the wrong name they found my id and now im being charged with failure to id which is a misdemenor class a in texas (highest misdemenor). I want to know if I get convicted for this can I still get my license to be a pharmacist? it cannot be expunged I either have to go to jail for a month or have 9 months of probation either way its on my record

To my knowledge, only felonies can keep you from obtaining licensure in the medical fields. You might call your states Dept of Licensing for med personnel. Or call a college nearby with a Pharmacy program (NOT a Pharm Tech) and ask someone in the programs admission dept. They should be able to answer your questions. Good luck! (•:
