Yes you can. I’m not aware of any colleges that have rules against this but if you are concerned about this you might ask an advisor. Some close together universities even allow you to sign up for classes in their neighbor school in registration.
I do know that high schools sometimes have rules against students concurrently taking college classes (my high school required their permission before taking college classes though I signed up for one non-credit course without telling them).
Sure just make sure you know which half your sending. lol
