I was coming home the other night and our neighborhood sneaker cop races up right behind me and was riding my ass and flashing his brights over and over for more than a mile. Isn't this potentially dangerous and could cause an accident? Does anyone know the rules to this and if this would be considered misconduct by the police officer.
They probably thought you were suspicious and was keeping an eye out on you to make sure nothing bad was about to happen BUT if you weren't doing anything out of the ordinary and they were doing it for no reason,go to there station and let them know what happened and let them handle it.
I live in a pretty small town, and live 6 blocks from the police station so they see my truck often, if I was to rat them to their station would they be out gunnin for me and trying to get payback and watching to catch me on any little thing I do wrong?
Small town cops are just a step above a wal-mart security guard that drives around in the parking lot. I would talk to the cheif and let him know what his staff is doing to the citizens of your town.
no cops cannot do whatever they want and get away with it. If they inforce the law the also have to obey it
