Can anyone identify this ankle injury?

I’d like to clarify this, I can walk on my ankle. But it’s painful, and I end up twisting my foot outwards to lessen the pain. It’s not swollen and neither does it look any different than my other foot. It gives a sharp pain when I bend my foot back or walk on it normally. And if I even try to stand on my tiptoes…I think it might be a strained ankle. [not sprained, strained]. But could I have clarification on this?

Answer #1

I don’t know what it is but it depends on how you hurt it, if it was hurt during a sport you were playing then you should ask your coach but if not then just rest it :) feel better

Answer #2

I’m pretty sure you spraned your ankle bone real bad so go to a doctor
