Can Advisors Tell??

if I had two accounts on here (I don’t, jw), would advisors be able to tell it was me if my second email was close to my first one? like the same words mixed around or something?

I admitted to having one, and had them delete it. I gave them the screenname and the email address, and they deleted it.

captainassassin and stephanie are both right keep in mind that having 2 accounts on this site is against the terms of use and anyone who is found to have more than one are either told to delete the rest or there kicked off funadvice and all there profiles are deleted

probably not because there are a lot of emails out there, right? dont ya think there will be some with the same words as yours just a little different?

An advisor wouldn’t but an admin would, and e-mail isn’t how we find out when someone has multiple accounts… That’s too easy to get away with.

There are thousands of different accounts, I don’t think they would be too bothered really.

They can tell by your IP address… but there are other tell-tale signs…
