ya you can get pregnant. even though precum(the stuff coming out his penis before he cums) does not have alot of sperm in it, all it takes is one reaching the egg

pre-cum can contain some sperm, some sperm may be in the urethera from previous ejaculations. If there are less than 1 million healthy sperm the odds of getting pregnant are pretty low and I doubt there could be this many sperm in pre-cum. I also wonder if sperm in left in the urethra for any length of time would still be healthy and able to fertilize an egg.

Theoretically it might be possible but the odds are probably against it.

In any case the main problem with the widthdrawl method of birth control is the guy getting carried away and not pulling out in time. Sexually active couples should not depend on widthdrawl if they are trying to avoid pregnancy.
