Can a convicted drug felon work at a school?

Can a convicted drug felon work at school and if caught what is the penalty? Who is at fault for hiring?

Well…ok so I’m pretty sure they can’t work at a school cause I don’t see why they would risk the schools reputation like that not to be mean or anything.and I don’t know what the penalty would be for that.and for the person who hired them it would probably be the principal or the school board not sure just guessing so ya anyways hope it helped~lov3 purpleheart
