I hear a baby can tell whether your prego are not. Is this true and how. Like I hear the baby would always be on you if your pregnant . Im asking bcus theres this baby that will onli come to me he onli stop cryin 4 me and always picks me over his parents. Cud.this b why or does he juzt onli fl comfortable around me
Agreed with what colethky said. They can definatly tell if you are lactating, mother's have a certain smell that babies can identify.
Also, a lot of people think that dogs can tell if your pregnant also. I know my dog started acting weirder and weirder the further along I got into my pregnancy. She would always rest her head on my stomach or protect me from people.
From my experience it always seemed like a baby can tell when you're lactating...that's why a lot of babies are calm around pregnant women (later in the pregnancy when you start to leak colostrum) and new mothers...they smell kind of like their own mother.
I would say that the baby is just comfortable around you.
