I have a question, (obviously) rofl. Uhm, I eat about 500-700 cals. a day (I KNOW...not enough etc.etc.) but if I burnt 1,000-1,500 a day, then would that keep my metabolism up? cause I know if you dont eat too much it slows down, but if I exercised that much, would it still be fast?
