Zero. Green tea and extracts contain only natural caffeine (~40-60mg) that comes from that herb. All teas/coffees contain zero calories unless the label states any calories added in from other ingredients (1g of carbs = 4 calories, 1g protein = 4 calories, 1g fat = 9 calories, etc.)

Actually, a cup or glass of tea does have a few calories but they can be ignored; especially since tea’s effect of increasing our metabolic rate probably more than cancels out the few calories.
