California Advice?

I am seriously thinking about moving to Los Angeles, West Hollywood particularly. I am still working on saving more money. I am NOT moving there for acting, I just HATE snow, and wintertime!!! I am going to be a surgical nurse when I am done with college. Does anyone have any good advice where the best place to get an apartment would be? Like Is aid, I don’t have a lot of money, I am working on saving some more. The job I have now can transfer me there, but I only will work part time till I find another part time job. Any and all advice will be appreciated!!!

Well particularly california people in los angles they arent too nice im from San Diego its pretty nice out there but mostly its expensive out there
