who are the presidents cabinets?
If you mean who are going to serve in Pres. Obama's cabinet, that's still being decided. No, they are not all from the Clinton Admi istration.
If you mean more generally, the 'cabinet' refers to the group of people - in the USA they are usually called Secretary of XXX, in other countries they are often called Minister of XXX - who have special responsibility for policy in specific areas - health, defence, foreign affairs (in the USA this post is called Secretary of State), etc. Obviously, the president (or prime minister) can't be expected to cover everything alone.
