places like kmart, wallmart, target ect. the cheaper brands and even store brands are usually just as good as the more expensive ones, so dont be scared to give them a go. just have a browse in the make-up section and look at all the different brands, products and compare prices. if you have a pharmacy like priceline that stocks lots of make-up you can also check them out
you can actually get it at the dollar store or places liek that too. >.<
