How to lose weight in my butt?

I used to have a small or good sized butt, but then one summer I got lazy and just sat around and ate and watched TV and now my butt has gotten a little bit bigger and now it is harder to fit in jeans and I hate looking at myself in the mirror and sometimes my friends will bug me about it and my brother’s girlfriend makes fun of me and I really hate it. Does anyone know how to lose pounds in your butt or some of the unwanted fat?

Hi lovepink93,

Squats are the best exercise for the butt. If done correctly squats will tone, firm and tighten the butt muscles all in one giving a slimmer appearance from the hips down. Squats also have the added advantage of toning the legs to give them a more shapely appearance.
