can I put neosporin on a burn?

can I put neosporin on a burn

Answer #1

Depends on the size and extent of the burn. How large of an area? Etc. Normally, it should be ok. They make a Neosporin with Lidocaine which helps numb the pain as well. Clean it well, ice it for a while to reduce any inflammation, then apply Neosporin and leave open to air or bandage lightly. When removing the bandage, lightly wetten to remove without it sticking to the burned area.
