can it feel like a poking when you talk lol?And does anybody know what you can do home remedy wise besides all the dental things you do to prevent cavities?
Well, to be honest...I have no idea what is going on with your tongue. It could be a burn...but maybe you bit it, or scratched it in some way. I'm sure it will be fine in a few days.
As far as how to prevent cavities other than brushing, flossing, and mouthwash...there really isn't much else (to my knowledge) besides keeping away from the sugary foods, and candy.
