there is proly something wrong with the dvd’s you’re using…

Answer #2

No I tried different DVD’s, tried HP and Memorex, still the same box bars???

Answer #3

no its not teh disks its your settings. if the film is letterbox then make sure your settings are to burn at that ratio.. the black bars at the left and right mean your burning at the ratio of 4:3 so change it to 16:9. so go into teh settings and change it :p

Answer #4

Answer #5

I don’t know, I had it at 4:3, NTSC, didn’t work, then I tried 16:9, NTSC, didn’t work, what if I change NTSC, to PAL, will it make a difference?
