Bumps! Please help

Hi! On my balls and my lower penis shaft I hve little tiny bumps that my pines are growing out of. They are slightly raised and I don’t know what they Are? Please help?? I’m 14!!!

Sebaceous bumps

we all have sebaceous glands all over our body.

some of us males have a problem with oil production and our glands get filled with oil and the oil hardens with layers of skin and since the oil production is higher than our skin can shed it stays in the bumps and raises them up.

it will not harm you and you can’t give them to anyone it’s nothing more than a pimple basically. and do not try to pop them you will only infect them and make the bumps worse most likely. they could go away with time and if they dont so what.
