Ok you people are making me angry, not know what your talking about!!! I dont care how many crunches or ab exercises you do a day ITS NOT GOING TO MAKE YOUR ABS FLAT!!! the only thing that will make your abs flat and your muscles show is a good diet and cardio program to suit your body. You could do 500 crunches a day, your only going to be wasting your time and energy. Flat abs is mainly about diet, your never going to see your abs by eating foods like cheese, white breads, sugar etc. If you have any weight loss question please, please please just send me a personal message and ask me and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Im a figure and bikini competitor and know what it takes to get into great condition

god I HATE IT…my Mum like’s hitting me around that area..lol just to take the micky lol They have those programmes like running sprting or something for like!!! some ridiculosly small ampout of time and then stopping and then doin it again..what the f*ck..seriosuly man..I would like to try that but im lazy…and my mum would be WELL depressed lol…no ddue you get articles of tyhe internet..if ure serious then follow them and loose that bely fat but I have never Ever!!! tried loosing it lol and yet I have this lovely girl who is begging to be my girlfriend cause I look WELL lush…oh and did I tell you she’s WELL FIT…lol

It’s hard, but it isn’t complicated. You probably already know what you have to do, but are unwilling to do it; eat right, and exercise regularly (at least 20 minutes of vigorous execise a day).
