CONFRONT YOUR BROTHER AND TELL HIM THAT YOU LIKE HIM. YOU GUYS ARE MOST LIKELY GOING TO END UP FIGHTING . BUT MAKE SURE THAT GUY IS WORTH YOU FIGHTING WITH YOUR BRO . IF HE IS NOT THEN FORGET IT. BUT ASK YOUR BROTHER WHY HE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO DATE HIM. IT MIGHT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
