Broken computer :(

Well one day my computer was acting really slow and so I shut it down [ improperly ] a few times .. :/ and then when I Turned it back on everything was suddenly bigger, the coloring Was all messed up, I couldnt find the mouse curser and my Speakers did not work… Has this every happened to anyone Else? Can it be fixed if taken to a professional or is my computer Unable to ever work again. :(

geek squad charge 200 to remove a trojan horse virus I had one just recelty and had to restore mine you have to scan for the virus with a good virus protection and remove it then restore it

Try “system restore” start>control panel>performance and maintenance>system restore. Pick a day that it worked perfect, then finish the process. You don’t need to use the mouse btw if you can’t. Just hit the windows button, then arrow up to control panel, etc…

yes it can still be fixed..it sounds like it booted up on safe mode so u can correct all the errors
