There is no magic pill you can take to make them grow. They tend to stop growing around 18-20 as I understand. The only way is implants.
Also some say that guys don't care, well some don't. It really depends on your figure if girls with smaller breasts are still attractive. Some girls need small breasts to match their petite body.

you cant make them grow faster I have small breasts too and it does suck sometimes but just think when your dateing someone at least you know there not dateing you cause you have big breasts
