Breast milk wont go!

I stopped breast feeding my daughter just over 2 years ago and I still have breast milk. The doctors wont give me any meds because my boobs dont hurt and they say that the drugs are too risky. Are there any natural alternatives???!!!

GOD I wish I had your problem!!! I’ve had to STOP nursing because I stopped producing for my 8 month old… If you want to donate to a milk-bank that is another WONDERFUL idea! They are always looking for donors and are desperately under-advertised. That is, unless you are dead sick of lactating, lol. You’re not pumping or draining at all, are you? Because if you are, then that explains why you’re still lactating. You have to stop expressing milk completely… but you probably knew that.

Lactation is caused by prolactin in the absense of estrogen and progesterone. Flax will imitate estrogen and cumin should imitate progesterone.

I hear alcohol works too, not that I’d recommend too much.
