  Surgery is the only way to get them up if they are REALLY saggy, other than that exercising your upper body muscles should help somewhat in making them perkier - but it won't be a huge improvement.

  there are seriums and creams that are supost to help with that. I think avon does one. its something you have to try and see if they work.

  you should just work out on that aera like arm excersizes or somthing
