Breaking out before a period?/

If your not on birth control try getting a prescription to help with your acne. I used to break out a lot before my period and when I started my bc I would only get a few small zits instead of all over and very noticeable. Ask your doctor about it.

I totally understand! … Try washing your face with Stridex Wipes every morning and night you can find stridex wipes in Walmart, Walgreens, CVS… Ect… Also … Get some Clearasil facewash and use it everytime you take a shower…

well its pretty hard to prevent it and it depends on your age,if your a teenager then its probably puberty,but some ways to help are clean your face every mourning,night,and any time during the day that you think about it,you should also see a dermatoligist if it continues to hurt and he/she can give you some medicine,and if your old enough you could get some birth control,not for sex but because some of them limit your periods to 4 a year.

mine does that too, I use face scrubs, it doesnt really stop it, but it makes them smaller, and less of them. x
