Ughhh /facepalm.
Writing "Who: can I get braces.." just skirts around the rules of starting your question with Who, What, Where, When , etc. It's annoying honestly. How hard is it to change the question to make it work? See for yourself, because i just edited your title so it actually follows the rules.
Please stop skirting around them by doing random Who in front of a question, when it doesn't make sense.

You will have to remove it to get the braces put in your mouth. Its really up to you weather or not to have one with braces, although your risking getting it caught on your braces daily every time you move your mouth....getting a piercing caught and having it ripping your skin is not a good feeling and leaves scars.
