braces

I have braces, and they hurt at frst, but you get used to them.

It hurts when you first get them but then after a couple of days you get used to them and when you get them off your teeth will be really straight!

heyyy dont worryy they don’t hurt much.. just keep your eyes closed whn the dentist is working on yu lol.. thats what I do and it works.. thyr a lil uncomfortable at first.. and make your teeth feel like if you pul them a lil theyl come off lolll… but its all woth it in the end :) besides it only hurts for a whle then yu feel like its nt even theree :D:D.. gud luck! and don’t be scared :)

I haven’t had braces, I was meant to have them, but they scare the hell out of me so I had an operation instead. Apparently they don’t hurt.

I’ve had braces and to me it was just another thing that you get used to. They don’t hurt that bad, but I suggest that you take an ibuprofen or something about 20 minutes before you’re going to get them on. And any pain that you have is not a sharp pain, it’s just sortof a dull pain where you can tell it hurts, and its tender if you bite, but its not excruciating. Most people play up the pain a lot. I have braces currently ever since march of 08. It hurts in the beginning but you get used to them and every 4 or 6 weeks they make you come back to tighten them, change the colors, and change the wires but it doesnt really hurt and a few days after your teeth will hurt but after about 5 days the hurting stops.

I just got my braces tightened last tuesday and my teeth dont hurt no more.

I got braces a few years ago and I just got them off last may. I have to get them back on in September, and here’s my advice for you: it doesn’t hurt when they put them on. Everyone has some stereotype about them, and that’s why they think they hurt. They only hurt the first few days after they tighten them. And even then they’re just sore. They aren’t exactly fun to have, but you can live with them

I had them, and they never bothered me at all really. sometimes the brackets can rub calluses on the inside of your mouth but your orthodonists will give you stuff to put over them. but other than that, it only hurt when I got them taken off. and thats only because they have to scrape the glue off your teeth. and the noise just bothered me.

I used to have braces for a year & a half, they dont hurt, the glue tastes bad, but they dont hurt, unless your teethe are wayyy done for, then yur fcked
