Looking at your hair, I doubt that guys don’t notice you :P From your pics you seem attractive so I’m sure something else is at work here. Surely there’s lots of substance less guys who go for the bimbos, but there’s also a lot of guys who have something more about them that should like you. Maybe they’re shy and scared to approach you? Maybe they feel intimated by you? What efforts are you making to talk to them and to seem approachable? You seem young so maybe that has something to do with it too. A lot of guys are pretty immature at your age, as people get older generally they start to value things more than just sexiness or what people think of you. In other words as you get older you may begin to flourish
