Boyfriend & Religion

Alright so I really like my boyfriend but when I asked him what his religion was he said he didn’t have one. Well I’m slightly worried of this, I know that some people who have religion are worse then people without a religion, but I was brought up with my religion that I feel very strongly about and there’s things that have to do with my religion that he might not believe in, for example, I don’t believe in sex before marriage. And I believe God’s always with me, watching over me…etc. He said that he believed in some things with the bible but there was stuff he also didn’t agree with for example, he didn’t believe in the whole “No gay marriage…etc.” I can understand that but he even said something about he thought god was out to get us or something! and I was like what the f*ck? Of course I didn’t say that but I thought it. Any advice please?

In this day and age hun its very hard to believe in anything anymore. I completly understand where your bf is coming from, with all the different religions and all the bad things happening in this world its hard to have faith in anyone or anything. But its up to him to find his faith, some people never do. Its great to here you have your and you keep god close to your heart, but unfortunetly some people never find him and let him in their heart. You cant force it or push it, my mum was pushing me for years and the more she pushed the more i told her to shove it. But on my own i found my faith and wat i believe. Your bf may do it on his own or he may never find god, but that doesnt make him a bad person either.
