What should I do with my hair? I want it colored and stuff . Any suggestions?

I have a thinish heart shape face my hair is light brown / blonde and down to my shoulders I have tan skin but not VERY dark and cocao eyes

If I were you I’d get golden highlights, just a bit darker than your colour now, and get lots of layers.
