Can anyone decipher my bloodwork results?

I recently had my bloodwork done. I’m curious about the results, particularily the WBcount’s: MPV=low 7.0,( range is 7.4 - 10.4)

                 Neut%=low 51.3 (range is 56.0 - 85.0)
                 Lymph%=high 34.8 (range is 25.0 - 34.0)
                 Mono%=high 11.1 (range is 1.7 - 9.3)

most others were in range, except the Lymph#= low 2.3 (range is 2.7 - 9.2) Also in my Metabolic panel, my total protien was low, 5.8 (range is 6.1 - 7.9) and my globulin is low, 2.1 9range is 2.4 - 4.0) I have a history of Crohn’s disease. Any light you could shine on this? I don’t see my Dr. for another month and am curious… Thanks
